This as an extension to add text-based UDP datagrams
to Tcl 7.4+ or in this case Tk 4.2.

It will work with Tcl without Tk and has been tested on
Solaris, OSF1, Linux, and SCO Unix.

I have replaced UDP_recv and UDP_send on my projects
with versions that read/write our binary structures 
and that should be an easy change for anyone else to do.
